Privacy Notice

This website has no visitor accounts or lead database. The assistant includes a local draft field, but AI is not yet connected: typed questions are not submitted to an AI service or recorded as leads.

When you call or email, the details you choose to share (name, number, email, event or project details) are used only to respond to your inquiry and provide requested services.

Your information is not sold. It is shared only when needed to complete your request or when required by law.

Standard hosting providers may record basic technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and performance.

Assistant drafts and consent are held only in temporary page memory, not cookies, local storage or session storage. Closing the dialog or reloading clears them. No chat transcript is saved by this website or made publicly accessible.

The assistant is not Philip Gray or Muse. No inquiries are automatically emailed, sent to Muse, copied to shared Google Docs or used to create calendar events. Contact Philip opens your email app with the existing general inquiry template; it does not include your assistant draft. You choose whether and what to send.

If AI is connected in a later release, submitting a question would require an unchecked-by-default opt-in first. The submitted question and any conversation context needed for a response would be processed by Lovable AI and its third-party model provider. This may involve provider processing and retention under their own policies; no promise of zero retention or exclusion from training is made. The selected provider and applicable policies must be disclosed before sending is enabled.

AI sending is disabled in this release. Checking consent alone does not transmit anything. See Lovable’s privacy policy for its data-handling terms.

Do not type payment-card information, passwords, sensitive personal data, account or calendar details. The assistant has no access to accounts, calendars, host commands, private systems or GREG port 8081. It cannot accept payments, confirm bookings or guarantee pricing, availability, products or investment returns.

Standard hosting logs and your email or phone provider’s processing are separate from the assistant. Contact Philip using the details above for questions about information you have voluntarily sent.
